I love your iPhone...

It's important to me, with new and recurring customers alike, to protect both of our interests when it comes to your damaged property. Nevertheless, you are giving me your phone at your own risk.

Upon receiving your phone, both myself and the customer will be required to sign a form declaring what services will be given, and the current state of the phone, including the problem to be fixed and any other obvious issues.

When I am done repairing or upgrading your phone, upon pickup, another form(declaring that no new visible defects are present, and that the phone is indeed in working condition) will be signed.

After these have been signed, and if the phone functions correctly and has a normal appearance at the time of pickup, I am no longer responsible for anything that happens to your phone.

I respect your property, and love Apple products, so I will take care to ensure the best for your phone.
